Over the years, we have worked with several tree services, but none were able to reduce the tree heights to a manageable level due to their tight locations and heights. Oscar and his crew did excellent work, removing two old fences and all that had grown in between them: Ivy, blackberry canes, and acacia trees. It was a big project and they finished in three days! They promptly repaired minor damage caused to our irrigation system in the process. They also worked with the Oakland Zoo to make use of the acacia branches. Oscar was responsive to text messages throughout the process.

Our landscape designer recommended Oscar to cut down three trees removing the stumps and to trim a third 50' tall tree. His crew came out and did exactly what he said they'd do. They couldn't get the stump grinder to the back yard for two of the trees and had to dig out the roots by hand instead - a lot of work! They left everything neat and tidy and even used a leaf blower on the roof to clean off what had fallen during their work trimming the overhanging tree. I'd recommend them.

Oscar came the same day I contacted him to view the property and give me an estimate for clearing the hillside from my fence to the street below and trimming trees close to my house so there is no overhang (fire safety compliance). I have used Oscar Moreno Tree Service for the last 3 years had have been very satisfied with the results. I first required Tree Services on an urgent basis due to a fallen tree and needing weed abatement. He and his crew arrived at the agreed upon time, cleaned and removed cuttings and wood. We've always had a great experience (and we aren't easily pleased in general as we have very high standards). Would highly recommend! Oscar communicated well up front and was fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. He trimmed down 2 large oak trees below the halfway point so I could get my view back, and did it in under 4 hours without bothering us at all. We live on a steep hill, but he worked meticulously, carefully, and efficiently, which showed a lot of expertise. The team did a great job and we are glad we went with them. 10/10

Oscar Moreno and his team are highly recommended . Oscar had previously left his business card at our house and we had a large Ash tree section collapsed in our back yard last weekend. I emailed Oscar that afternoon and he responded promptly and was out with his team the following morning ( he offered to come that same night!). This was a major project as the entire 70 year old mature tree had to be removed due to a fungus issue . Oscar evaluated the situation and gave me fair price. Just had Oscar and his crew remove a couple of dead and dying Monterey Pines. Great service. Oscar has excellent equipment, relatively quiet chain saws, and a hard-working crew. I barely heard them working from inside the house, no loud music, no unnecessary shouting. Of course, you hear the chipper when it's running. Oscar is on my A list.
